The CCG is very grateful to all who took the time to read the draft Strategy and Action Plan and to visit the online resources. We appreciate your constructive comments, which we believe have improved and enhanced the final draft. General themes from the feedback received and our response are included in the final version of the Strategy.


 

Resources to support good engagement and experience

GCCG wants ‘effective communication and engagement with patients, carers, community partners, the public and clinicians’ and to be ‘accountable and transparent in our decision making’.

This on-line resource (tabs above) aims to help the CCG, and others, to unlock the benefits of effective engagement and experience activities in health and care.

It provides links to resources to support the CCG to carry out its vision and aims.
