You will be expected to work on a variety of exciting projects and initiatives within your set department, although there may be the opportunity for some cross-service working too. You may be expected to write reports, take minutes, attend meetings as a stakeholder, organise events and maintain key relationships. This is the first year we’ve run our graduate scheme and we want to make sure you get the most out of it, so there’s an expectation that you will contribute in the shaping of your own development.

Our scheme will put you on the road to developing the skills and confidence you need to apply for more senior roles across the county, enabling you to build long-lasting relationships and able to make an informed choice about the career routes that are available to you.
