NHS Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group and Gloucestershire County Council are currently undertaking a joint review of adult occupational therapy services and we want to hear your views.
We are interested in learning what worked well and also not so well, based on your recent experience of occupational therapy services. Your feedback is very much appreciated and will help inform future services, so that we can ensure the right services, are in the right place, at the right time.
